Simply choose a product → Add to cart → Checkout → Enter details → Confirm.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD all over Pakistan.


4. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges range from Rs. 150-200, depending on your location.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Major Cities: 1-3 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Return must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.


8. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Refunds are issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
