Order Acceptance

  • Your order is confirmed once you receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.

Payments

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

For COD orders, customers must be available to receive calls and must pay the full amount at delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

  • Once the product is handed over to the courier, delays are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy applies only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

We do not accept returns for used or personal-care items.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
